Would you like to be part of our next exciting spring production? We are presenting the Cameron Mackintosh West End musical BETTY BLUE EYES at Eastwood Park Theatre from 8-12 May 2018. Alan Bennett’s film A PRIVATE FUNCTION is given the full musical comedy treatment in this hilarious and touching tale of 1940s Britain.
We are looking for singers, actors and dancers aged 16 +. If interested, pleased attend an
Information Session and Company Audition on: Thursday 25 January at 7.30pm at Clincarthill Parish Church Hall 1220 Cathcart Road Glasgow G41 9EU.

No need to bring an audition song, as a short song and piece of movement will be taught on the night.

About the show

Alan Bennett and Malcolm Mowbray's comic film A Private Function, which centred around Betty, an adorable pig, who is being illegally reared to ensure that local dignitaries can celebrate the 1947 Royal Wedding with a lavish banquet, has been brilliantly adapted for the stage. With a deliciously infectious, toe-tapping, retro contemporary score, the result is an utterly British musical, full of eccentric characters, including our star, Betty the pig!
